First: General Exchange and Return Conditions
The glasses must be in perfect condition and free from any signs of misuse, such as:
Scratches
Breakage
Damage resulting from improper use
Second: Conditions for Exchanging and Returning Contact Lenses
The contact lens box must not be opened when requesting an exchange or return.
If there is a manufacturing defect in the lenses after opening the box, an exchange or return request may be submitted after the defect has been verified.
Third: Exchange Period
Products can be exchanged within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase.
The exchange can be made for products of the same value as the previous purchase, or for a higher value with the price difference paid, if applicable.
The product may also be exchanged for more than one product, with the price difference paid, if applicable.
Fourth: Return Period
Products can be returned within a maximum of 2 days from the date of purchase.
Fifth: Special Conditions for Glasses After Preion Lenses Have Been Fitted
If preion lenses are fitted onto any type of glasses, whether sunglasses, eyeglasses, or reading glasses:
The value of the fitted preion lenses will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
The original lenses of the sunglasses must be provided when requesting a return or exchange.
The store reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return if the above conditions are not met.
Products will be inspected before completing the exchange or return process to ensure they comply with the stated conditions.
